At THE GODEG STORE, we operate two brands under one platform β Goodie Vibes (clothing brand) and Eris Gemstone (accessories brand).
Each brand follows its own return and exchange policy, but the main principle remains the same:
We currently do not offer returns, though product exchanges are possible at the time of delivery.
General Terms for All Brands
- When the delivery person hands over your parcel, please check your items carefully before receiving them.
- If you notice any issue, damage, or defect at that moment, you can request an instant exchange through our delivery partner.
- Once you have received the parcel and confirmed it, we cannot accept any return or exchange requests later.
Goodie Vibes (Clothing Brand)
For clothing items under Goodie Vibes, customers can report:
- Wrong size
- Minor product issues (within valid terms)
- You must inform us within 3 working days from the delivery date about any size or product-related concerns. Requests made after 3 business days will not be accepted.
- Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in original condition for any exchange to be considered.
Eris Gemstone (Accessories Brand)
- There is no exchange or return after the parcel has been received.
- If you find any defect or mismatch, you must inform us immediately while the delivery person is still present.
- After you confirm and accept the delivery, no exchange or return will be processed.
